The IWK Health Centre provides children and adolescents throughout the province with specialized mental health and addictions services. To learn more about these services visit the IWK Health Centre website.

The Early Psychosis Program provides assessment, intervention, support and ongoing follow-up to adolescents at risk of serious mental illness and newly diagnosed young adults. The program has a relationship with the district high schools that allows adolescents at-risk to be identified early and followed within the system.

How do I access this program?

A referral from your family doctor, other referral agency or from your current Mental Health clinician is required. To see a Mental Health clinician, call 1-855-273-7110.
